To skin or not to skin

I bought these skins about 2 years ago and I'd have to say that I'm really disappointed. If your an avid gamer like myself these won't last a month. Maybe the console skin will but the ones for the controllers wont. The adhesive starts to loosen leaving a nasty gooey, gluey residue. Don't get me wrong, there are some awesome skins out there but I just won't be wasting my money on them.
