Seller shipped used product, not new as advertised

I purchased this power supply thinking it would be a brand new replacement, as advertised. As soon as we opened the box, we knew we had been ripped off. What I received was an old Sony power supply that obviously had been attempted to be repaired. The metal exterior box was scratched and dented and corners were bent in where it was obviously put back together. This is a huge disappointment and my first bad purchase on Amazon. We will be returning the product. I only hope Amazon takes it back and doesn't think we are sending back a different product. Buyer beware of this product.

The seller sent be a used Power Supply. The bottom of it is all scraped up, and clearly not a new product. I installed it, and it powered up for a few minutes, then shut back down and all PS3 lights were back off. I'm wondering if I got the same one as the last review in Dec. 2011. I wouldn't recommend buying hardware from this seller. This is the first bad experience I've ever had with an Amazon seller.

Power supply

The unit works perfectly but my problems still remain. I am getting the blinking lights for a few seconds, then the unit shuts down! It is not the supply's fault, it is further down the electronic ladder!Thanks for a great product!
