WARNING - Foreign Version of Controller - WARNING

First of all, I want to say that I own 4 other Dual Shock 3 controllers (Black, Blue, Silver, Red), and 2 other SixAxis controllers. The DS3 is an AMAZING product. My review is specifically for the Jungle Green Dual Shock 3 I received from Amazon. The function of the review is to hopefully warn folks about the current issue Amazon is having with the Jungle Green Controllers. There are a couple sellers, Worldwide sales, and worldwide distributors, who are selling incompatable controllers on the Amazon marketplace. I have posted detailed pictures showing the product I received from them, and the differences between it and the US version. BUYER BEWARE. Go to Game Stop, Best Buy, or another local retailer to try and find this item at normal retail price $54.99, because the items being sold by Amazon Retailers are NOT meant for sale or use in the United States.I purchased the controller early December, and I am still working with Amazon for a fix to the issue. The seller expects me (and others who have had this issue) to send their product (that is not liscenced for use in the US...or sale for that matter) back to them at my cost. This is not acceptable, a customer shoult NEVER have to pay for the retailers mistake. I have faith in Amazon that they will rectify this issue in a satisfactory manner.Please note: the controller is supposed to be dual tone, Green on top and Black on bottom. The controller connects via Bluetooth to the PS3, and you can connect up to 8 of them to the system. MAKE SURE YOU BUY A CONTROLLER MADE FOR USE IN THE UNITED STATES.Thanks for your time.

the controller dosen't hold a charge like the orginal controller that comes with the system. i woulden't buy it again from here, beware of the good reviews.

Serious battery flaw

After 2 or 3 days of using the controller the battery is in critical condition. I charged the controller up for over an hour and it still runs out of juice in less than a couple of hours. After the 1st day "packaging smell" wore off I noticed a fetid dog smell on the front of the controller...I am disappointed with the H Eryami who delivered this. And if this situation is not corrected properly I will never purchase from them again. I recommend that you purchase dual shock 3s from Best Buy or Circuit City directly.
