Works fine, fits... not really

The battery itself is so far working good. The physical dimension though, it's larger than the original battery. The original sits on a crate on top of chip. The crate is removable, so I took it off and place the new battery, which now sits directly on top of the chip. I do not like it and am a little concerned that the chip and other electronics on the tiny board get someday damaged or interfered. The PS3 remote control was a pain in the neck to crack open.

Our controller died. Instead of buying a new one, we thought best to replace the battery first. Perfect solution. For under $10 we have our most trusted PS3 controller back up and running.Thanks!

Replaced the battery and let charge for over 24 hours like the instructions said and it never worked. Wouldnt recommend
