Pretty Decent

I bought this new from GameStop for $30. Everything worked perfectly. Then it started breaking. The vibrator only worked on one side of the controller and a piece of plastic chipped off the bottom of the controller. Now the afterglow doesn't even work any more. The controller itself still works and I use it as my second controller but beware before buying.PS: It is a lot like an XBOX 360 controller shape wise

First of all, I want to say that I am a pretty hardcore gamer. I'm a level 17 on Metal Gear Online, and if you were familiar with the game, you'd know that being that level means that you're a pretty good player. I bought this controller because I was tired of wearing out the Dualshock 3 analog sticks by playing that game. Now, onto the controller.This controller is alright. The buttons and triggers feel kind of cheap. The analog sticks don't have evenly distributed resistance in all directions, as compared to the Dualshock 3, but it's fine. When using this controller to play Metal Gear, there's a noticeable reduction in control with the analog sticks. However, with that said, I find that I enjoy using this controller. The Xbox 360 controller layout is fun to play with. There isn't any lag, as far as I can tell.For the price, I'd say this controller is decent. I think if they improved upon the design of this controller, adding non-plastic-like buttons and making the analog sticks as responsive and resistive as the Dualshock 3, then they'd have a winner. I'd pay $50, or even more, for something like that. (I'm talking to you controller designer!)

Off brand PS3 controller, but it's great!

I got this controller because I couldn't find the color I wanted around town. Yes, I ordered online, just for the color, but why not? It was cheaper online than going to the nearest Gamestop, or something. The Afterglo series has good quality products. They're unique and fun. The only thing that throws me off is that the D-pad and analog on the left side are switched, unlike a PS3 controller. However, it's still a great product and I use it everyday for my PS3 and computer games. I love it! RECOMMENDED!
