Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R2YVD3VO077YYI so i just got this charger and it works great but...it makes a crazy clicking sound when it is charging.it is louder than the frig,or my HTPC.I hope i is just a bad unit because i cant live with this clatter in my living room.hit the video to listen.have emailed customer service and will see what they say.

This charger burned and melted my controller. I immediately contacted the company and, weeks later, got a response asking me to send back the product. I sent it back a month ago and have heard nothing in response, nor received a replacement, refund, or any sort of compensation or communication since. I do NOT recommend this company or its products and warn any and all from purchasing anything from CTA.

I love this charger. It's so easy to use and it works great. Like others have said it does do a clicking sound, but either it's faded over time or I got so used to it that I don't even notice it anymore. I've had the device for about 2 months now, but now I have a problem with it that I need to figure out.My third charging section had actually MELTED the controller clip and it stopped functioning. I'm a little worried about using it now (the other two sections that is) as I wonder if the thing is a fire hazard or not...
