all the parts were in the pakage and it also came faster than expected but the main part of the shell cas three scratches on it out of the box without any use also if you plan on buying this know it smudges realy esaly so if finger prints bother you i would recoment geting the orange or clear on since they are not in a crom style other than that the shell is in exilent condition and it even came with a skrew driver wich i realy ddnt expect and so agin the only reason i give this a 3 star is because of the scratches
