Will do everything except turn on console with the home button. It will however turn the console off with the home button. Very pleased, no lag.

It works like a charm! Turbo works, and the Xbox controller works! Only drawback...you gotta have a WIRED Xbox controller to make it work. Other than that, hell yeah.
